Our delivery costs are outlined below. We only accept orders with shipping addresses from UK or EU Countries. All orders will be personally responded to in order to confirm estimated delivery timescales.

Joshua Millard will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to DHL, FEDEX and UPS delivery availability.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
All transactions are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£).
When you place an order with Joshua Millard a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.
MADE TO ORDER / PRE ORDER ITEMS
Made to order items may take 4-12 weeks to ship depending on the product, which will be confirmed with you by email once your order has been received. Please note made to order items cannot be returned as they are custom made, please refer to sizing guide or email the studio to clarify size.
You may return items sold to you by joshua-millard.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, providing that the return tag remains attached to the garment and the item is in the same condition. No returns, refunds or exchanges shall be accepted on items purchased in the sale or Made to order items. All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. Simply send request to email@example.com within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Every item is checked and photographed prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Joshua Jeffrey Millard Ltd. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Import taxes outside the EU are also not refundable by Joshua Jeffrey Millard Ltd. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Joshua Millard studio. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU). It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with Joshua Millard within the above stated timeframe. Please note that Joshua Jeffrey Millard Ltd does not accept liability for returned goods.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
RETURNING MADE TO ORDER / PRE ORDER ITEMS
Made to order & Pre order items are purchased in advance of the garment being manufactured, therefore the item is produced especially for you in your preferred size and colour. As a result, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted. To ensure the best fit please measure your body and compare to our size chart to make sure you are pre ordering the correct size. If you are unsure about fit, fabric or shape, please contact us before placing the pre order and we will do our best to help. Delivery dates will be confirmed to you over email once the order has been placed.
